How good a job does the pi zero do as a octoprint server then? I always thourght it would be underpowered? but if not, then thats brilliant, A lot cheaper than the pi3 :D

The Pi Zero is more than adequate to run the print server although I would recommend the Wifi version otherwise you'll have to use some type of add-on for it to work which would negate any savings over a standard Pi 3.

Yeh, I was going to use the zero W.

brilliant. Thankyou

Same here. The holes in my Pi Zero are a bit smaller. A little polishing does the job :)

The dimensions in the CAD file don't really fit for a raspberry zero... the studs should be about 2.5mm in diameter, they are 3mm. The distance between them also isn't correct..

You have to account for material shrinkage. When I made it the exact dimensions it wouldn't fit at all

Nice and clean, thanks. Now to finish setup of me Zero W!

Glad you like it. I'd like to see how the low profile top looks on that.

The pins in the base do not fit my zero w, do they push fit into the normal zero

I don't know if they changed amy dimensions on the zero w but the normal zero is a pretty tight push fit. It may take some finish work for a perfect fit since the tolerances are so tight for something that small.
