Edit: FYI, you should print this with ABS and high infill percentage. My PLA version ended up warping and melting when I tried printing higher temps. I uploaded a new version, v3, which adds a hole for an inductive auto bed leveling sensor and changes the geometry of the fan duct so you don't have to trim it after.
I have a MakerFarm 8'' Prusa i3v with a Bulldog Lite extruder and Hexagon hotend. Apparently, this is a very unique configuration because I can't find any other parts to work with it. I needed a print fan for PLA printing, so I decided to integrate it all into an X-Carriage mount. The difference was like night and day for PLA prints. I did need to trim the end of the fan duct a little bit to allow me to install and remove the hotend more easily, but that isn't reflected in this model.
Supporting this while printing was a little tricky. I actually ended up needing to tape it together during the print to allow it to finish. I used 20% infill, but it's a little too bendy for my liking, so I'd recommend doing higher, even 100% infill if you have the time. I printed with white 1.75mm PLA.
