Fantastic piece that saved me a lot of time, i printed out the exact one and used it on my build, saved a lot of fussing around! Thanks!

Worked great for me, my rods where not in parallel :-)
Thanks for the effort. I used the exact size version in PLA

Getting the guides central to the vertical extrusions is critical for ensuring accurate parts. This tool makes the task so much easier - Great job!

Thought I should add my thanks as well. Good work.

Im sure this is a silly question but hey here goes what exactly does this do and how do you use it? I have the anycubic kossel delta plus kit here and planning on building it over this bank holiday weekend.

If you have the pulley version it won't help. If you purchased the linear rail version, this will keep the rail in the center of the vertical extrusion while you tighten the screws.

If you follow their instructions, the rail will fit loosely between the end stops - the narrow part is 2.6mm tall, but it needs to be 1.6mm max to clamp to the extrusions. The narrow part is also 5.5mm wide in a 6.2mm slot so there is a 1mm front/back slop and 0.7mm side to side slop. If you turn the nuts around, it's a M3 screw in a 6.2mm slot so you need a way to keep the rail close to the center while tightening the screws. Acquiring some M3 t-slot nuts (and M4 t-slot nuts to replace the square nuts) goes a long way towards keeping the frame straight.

Good luck with your build.

Ahh ok cool yeah I got the linear rail version with heatbed.

Awesome tool, well done.

Thank you so much for making this!
I can't believe I didn't think of it sooner, haha
