Simple adaptor to allow use of 3/8" sockets with 1/4" hex drivers. For light duty use (its plastic!!).
Print with lots of infill for strength (I snapped a 20% infill version today getting a screw out of a fence).
There may be a way to make these stronger. Making the 1/4 inch hex part female with a larger diameter (similar to 3/4 inch diameter). It can then be driven by a 1/4" hex bar (or long screwdriverr bit). That will be v2.
So far my v1 version has stood up to light duty tasks such as doing up and removing fastners.
Please post photos of your makes - Its cool to see what you print + I like to learn how people's print settings affect my designs.
Print fat end down. Use lots of infill.
Layer height is not important. 0.1 is fine, but you can use 0.2 or 0.3 for speed.
