do you need supports on build? I mean removing those from inside would be a challenge.
probably putting model on the left would allow a print without supports.

No, no support is required, but your bridging settings need to be set pretty good

If you do not get sound, then the chamber is not air tight. I know it sounds absurd, but it is a fact. I have done it a few times myself. If the layers are not perfectly sealed, it will not make any sound. If you print with ABS, you can swish some acetone around inside and it will work perfectly once it dries. I speak from experience on this. If you printed with PLA, maybe you can spray with some clear paint or something. All I know is that it has to be sealed to work properly.

Does not work. Only the largest one makes sound.

Love it! My nephew wanted me to print a whistle and this one is so cool. Sounds great. From high to low, i think the notes are E, D and C as when you play them they make up the first part to the song "Three Blind Mice"

A lovely whistle. It makes for a very nice example print for people curious about my RepRapPro Huxley printer. I love that each tone can be played individually it is very lovely.
