Summary

These are 3D printed parts to enable quick and easy assembly of a particular duoband Yagi antenna, the design for which can be found here. The design has been developed in collaboration with the amateur radio league in Nepal.

The parts enable the antenna elements to be quickly positioned on the boom without a need to measure out exactly where they should go.

Notes:

Increasing the infill will create a more robust part. Increasing resolution will be helpful, especially if your aluminium tube's diameter is not especially uniform. Print orientation is best in the orientation already used in the STL files here.

These objects have long flat bases - depending on your printer's capabilities, it is recommended to pre-heat the bed, or if your bed is not heated, use BuildTak or equivalent techniques to prevent warping and peeling.

Is there a file missing? The boom joiners?
In you photo they look to be the internal red parts.
If so could you please upload the missing joiners
How do the booms lock together are there some
sort of pins that go into the slots in the boom section?

Hi!

The booms are intended to slide onto a piece of appropriately size aluminum U/C section, so there are no joiners. The slots are just to make it easier to remove support material. However, it would be cool to have a fully 3DP boom - maybe a remix in order?
