A spinner using 1" ball bearings for weight. They are pretty chunky compared to regular 608 weighted spinners, but I have grown to love them. Recommend using the tall caps provided, it makes it easier to clear your fingers with the massive spinning orbs. These almost look cooler when spinning at slow speeds. Plus you can fidget another way, by spinning the bearings in their sockets.
I used .3 layer height, 4 perimeters and 0 top and bottom layers. The 608 fit right in with no cleanup, the bearing sockets need a light scrape to make it past the ridges on top and bottom. Go a little bit at a time with a pocket knife and test fit as you go. They will be a tight fit. You can have them so snug they wont roll easily, but I like a little play so I can roll the balls in the sockets. 1" Bearings purchased on Amazon - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00S1N4B9E/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
