This is an enclosure for the GPS receiver kit provided by QRP labs (http://shop.qrp-labs.com/index.php?route=product/product&path=59&product_id=84). The box includes spacers for the PCB and a pull relief for the cable. There are also holes provided for the three status LEDs.
The PCB can be tightened to the case either by 3 mm self-tapping screws or (recommended) by the nylon screws included in the kit. If the nylon screws are used, the M3 thread has to be cut into the plastic which is pretty easy to do.
The top part is fixed to the bottom by 4 pieces of 3x12 mm self tapping screws. Additional two screws 3x6 mm are needed for the pull relief.
I printed the enclosure with ABS to have it weather proof, if the intended use is indoors PLA should do the job too.
Printed with ABS on a heated bed (90°C).
As the box is rounded I had to apply ABS sludge to keep the print sticking on the building platform.
