just printed one but it sits too high from my bed and i cant adjust the bed to match cause the wheel for the x axis is touching the bed did anyone else have this issue?

i just printed one in PLA and printed a 1 1/2 hour print and works great so far

I printed one of these but now my hot end y and x axis are off slightly. Y is completely off the bed in the x axis is right on the edge. I have Marlin/merlin firmware installed how can I set this so that it starts printing at a proper X and Y instead of off the bed?

Ok, I'll bite. New to the custom hot ends. Whats the advantage of this mod?

This allows you to use the E3D V6 hotend and the volcano heater block to print with large nozzle diameters. I am using it to print a large solid part that would normally take 72 hours with a 0.40mm nozzle....but with the volcano and 1mm nozzle it only took 16 hours. This mount and my fan shroud allow you to reuse (no clipping of wires!) the stock thermistor, heater cartridge, and fans.

IMO E3D is the best hotend out there, I have bought 2 of them now.

Could you send me setting to slicer ? I printing 0.8 nozzle and on start was good but now i have shitty prints, even on 0.4 nozzle :/ (for now i have standard hot end)

I made a fan mount to go with this so you can use the stock fans:

Please enjoy!

CR-10 Fan Mount for Hannoc E3D Mount
by Draggon

what's the issue with PLA? this part is not hear the hot tip-end, really. have you found issues with PLA for this part, or are you just being cautious?

which fan mount can be used with this>?

See my comment above. :)

I made one, it works ok for me. Thanks for sharing!

No problem, I'm glad it worked.

Any reason we couldn't also use this with the stock hot end (besides the slight height difference) ?

Thats what im looking for too. a mount and part cooling duct that will work with a stock hot end (or microswiss hotend) with a volcano heater.

no options for frankenhotends.

I think it may be to high above bed
