Fully working Y-axis Tronxy x1 belt adjustable tensioner.
This is incomplete part, in order for this to work you need to print endcap, knob and bracket from this : http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2020468
(I would include those files but its not my work so I dont want to go in any trouble this x tensioner is working with Tronxy X1 as well so I recomend you to print it as well.)

Reuses existing bits. Only needs an M5x25 screw and an M5 nut.
I am also an idiot and therefore have no clue how to change orientation of this part to make it print way easier. Please stand it up by rotating it so its stands on in the same orientation as it will be mounted on printer.
It works well but you might be forced to take off belt from buildplate and attach it again, I menage to fit it without taking belt off.

Infill does not matter that much, set wall thickness to 1mm and you should be ok with 4mm nozzle. Supports are important, those that was generated for by by Cura were good, hovewer if you can have them placed by hand I would recomend to remove it from screwholes.
Rafts are usefull but hey, whatever works for you (I would recomend them anyway).
You need M5x25 screw and an M5 nut as well as washer+bearing that was used as an original pulley.
Put M5 screw into bracket, assembly pulley as you had it earlier on it.
Push bracket into shaft from front, you will need to bend shaft partially in order to push it in.
Fix shaft onto aluminum beam (you only need 3 crews with T shaped nuts, if you have more however do not hesitate to put them in).
Pull belt trought it.
- Put endcap and knob with nut pushed in onto a screw and tighten.
Procedure is basically the same as http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2020468 here just not for x axis but zaxis and for x1, If I am unclear just go with their instructions or ask me in comment section.
