The new home of my DSA keycap project.

This set includes 1u, 1u homing, 1.25u, 1.5u, 1.75u, 2u, 2.25u and 2.75u keys and a 6.25u spacebar.

Mounts are standard MX. The 2u, 2.25u and 2.75u keys have three mounts spaced at 12mm from the center. The 6.25u spacebar has three mounts @ 50mm from the center. Mounts are flush with the bottom of the key so supports shouldn't be necessary.

All keycaps are 18.2mm wide and n*(19mm) - 0.8mm long, where n is the unit length of the key. The height of the key is just under 8mm and the depth of the touch surface is 0.9mm below that. Minimum wall thickness is 1.8mm.

I don't own a printer, I just model.

Probably needs some light sanding and some acetone if you're kinky

Printed this with a prusa i3 mk2s, .4mm nozzle, .05 layer height... And it doesn't fit :( Will try to clean it up a little bit.

If the stem is too tight, you can try using a hot paperclip to widen the gaps.

This set prints pretty Nicely on a Form2! Fit and feel are superb. With .05mm resolution no finishing necessary!
Thank you, Sir!

It's beautiful, the only problem is the keys with the curved top cannot be reproduced very well on FDM printers.
Do you mind releasing the keycaps with a flat top like the spacebar?

Could you export the models to STEP or IGES? I'd like to use these in my Raspberry Pi laptop I'm building that has a mech 60% pok3r style keyboard built-in. Will be fully open source of course.

Sure thing. STEPs uploaded.
