Thought I would take a shot at a spinner since they are all the rage these days. Simple design, but sure to wow your friends!

Solder LED to leads on battery holder and bend leads over so they are flat and the LED is in the middle, then press fit into each side with LED poking through hole..

Is there a cover on the back to cover the battery?

There is not a cover because I take my batteries in and out so they don't power the led while I'm not spinning it. I'd like to tweak the design to accept a small switch so the batteries can stay in. I will likely need to find a smaller 3v battery to make that work though.

Hello, congrats for the design. You should design a tri spinner with leds too

Where did you get your leds

On the instruction page there is a link to the amazon page where I purchased them.

Notice how there are exactly as many likes (31) as there are collects (31) right now. This likely means that EVERYONE who's liked this also wants to build it!
Great idea, by the way.

Thank you for the kind words. Hope you enjoy it.

I like the idea and result. I have been thinking of something similar but with a built in switch and maybe a cap for the battery.

Hi there, do you have a pic of the LED install on the fidget?
