Thanks for this design!

It works fine, but I have a problem with my X-stop:
the hotend runs into this Z-fixing before the X-stop is hit.

I've glued a part to the place where the X-stop hits, but maybe there's a better solution?

Tronxy P802MA Z Axis Brace - Bottom

Thank you for sharing your great design. Works perfectly on a Tronxy X8 (guess it might be the same thing as P802). And 608 bearings from a fidget spinner fit without a hitch.

I can't insert the screw in 608 bearing, the hole in the bearing is too tight. How you can do this?

I constructed everything wit +0,3mm tolerances. There should be no probleme if the printer is set up correctly.

There are settings in your slicer to compensate this.

the problem isn't your design, it's perfect, but the 8mm z axis screw. How you have inserted the bearing in it? I tried also to cool down the screw without result.

Having the same issue, Threaded Rod not fitting in inner race of bearing. Any recommendations?

Really helped to stabilize the Z axis. many thanks :-)

Is the rod to screw distance 17mm? I have a i3 i built thats got 17mm rod to screw spacing

I put all dimensions at the bottom
Distance leadscrew - rod: 17mm
Distance screw holes: 31mm
Tolerances: 0,3mm

So it should fit.

Hi ! Can I use this on my anet a8 ?

Nope has a different distance between the lead screw and the rod.

ok thanks for info :)
