This is a sword from the new movie Sword Art Online: Ordinal Scale. This is Kirito's sword. I cut this sword to fit any printer that can handle 100mm in Z height. This model has larger alignment pins than my other models in hopes that this will increase the strength of the final build. If you have suggestions for other swords or weapons from Sci-fi and Anime, DM me and I'll consider it. This model came as a suggestion from Chance2091. If you print this model, please post a MAKE, I'd love to see it. Happy Printing!

Doesn't Matter

I recommend printing the Alignment Pins at 100% infill for extra strength. I use 5 perimeters thick on all my prints. You will need nine(9) of the 60mm pins, and one(1) of the 100mm pin. The 100mm pin connects the Guard, Collar and Grip Front.

How I Designed This

This was designed using the Autodesk Fusion 360 software.

How many alignment pins do you need to print for this?

You will need 9 of the 60mm and 1 of the 100mm pins.

Yes I am taking about the original Asuna raiper "Lambrent Light"Looking Forword to it!

I am still working on the dark repulser so i need to print it may be 2 weeks later. But this is quite a cool sword. I think you can work on Asuna sword. I am expecting it! Keep up!

Thanks, I'm glad you like it. Are you talking about Asuna's "Lambent Light" or her new one for Ordinal Scale?
