Hey there, just quick question. where did you get that spring? It seems that my local hardware stores dont have any.

thickness 0.8mm, inner diameter 6mm, outside diameter 8mm, height 18mm

Yes, I know that I read thing details... But my question is where did you get one

how did you wire your cooling fan on the board?

Cooling fan is connected to the PWM output of the GT2560 board and functionality is conditioned by the correct firmware settings.

Hi great job on this. Was wondering if you could upload a flipped version for us dual extruder user please. My drawing skills are pants for the simplest tasks. Thanks

Any idea why my printed one was smaller?
Can u tell me the right dimensions, please?

I rescaled it to 105% and I will print it once more.

You have probably poorly calibrated printer. Verify this by printing the calibration cube 20x20x20.
For example: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1278865

XYZ 20mm Calibration Cube

Upscaling did the job. Can t wait to test it

What fan duct do you have on there and can you send me the stl?

How much tension must there be in the spring? And how much play is needed? Would it be possible to use something else, like a rubber tube with some springy property?

What is the difference between the two levers? Is the r2 one an upgrade and is it better in any way?
I have printed the other one but still looking for a pressure spring to buy. Any tips on where to best find one is appreciated :-)

This is exactly what I have been looking for! Thanks so much for sharing. I have printed a lot of stuff with the stock extruder but since it doesn't adjust there are times it caused issues. I didn't want to order a spring online, so I bought a box of springs from harbor freight, item # 675562 and used the 23/64" x 1-3/8" spring. It is bigger than the suggested but it does work.

Can you attach a link to the spring you used?
