This is a revised enclosure for the new - SMD based hardware version of the DiY geiger counter ( http://www.ebay.com/itm/152348291806?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649 and https://github.com/impexeris/DiY-Arduino-Geiger-Counter-SMD/tree/master/Enclosure%20.files%20for%203D%20printing ) by my colleague - eBay vendor impexeris ( http://www.ebay.com/usr/impexeris) .
This enclosure is for use with si29bg ( СИ-29-БГ ) geiger tubes.
This design is directly derived from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1934646 and differs only in that it has Geiger tube holders and and openings redesigned for the si29bg .
Raise3D N2 Plus
Suggested print settings for PLA:
0.4 mm print-head
0.25 mm resolution
20% in-fill ratio
50mm/s default printing speed (may depend on your PLA)
50℃ heated bed
215℃ print-head temperature (may depend on your PLA)
100% fan speed
25% Support in-fill ratio
printing volume enclosure used
no raft and no brim if you have a good adhesion (this way top panel prints smooth and requires no post processing.
! However if you a struggling with adhesion - use all counter means possible as this is the prolonged part with sharp straight corners and especially if you have to print on cold bed without Buildtak surface and no printer volume enclosure you will most certainly have a curl at the corners.
