Edit Still sick and I noticed some wobble on the build plate. I have since added two more, one on each side, for added stability. I highly recommend it. It has also been explained that this should work for almost any Delta with an acrylic build plate. End Edit
I was home sick, and between the cold meds and my desire to make my Kossel Clear PLA more level, I designed this. Designed in Autodesk 123Design, sliced in Cura with 25% infill, printed with MatterHacker natural PLA.
Uses http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:16428 Just another M3 Thumbwheel by julianh72.
Sorry for potato quality photos, I will try to get better pics when the light is better.
Kossel Clear PLA.
Print 4 of these, with 4 http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:16428, 4 M3-8 screws, 4 M3 nuts, and 4 M3-20 screws.
Print and assemble the M3 thumbwheels by julianh72. I used glue to solidify the nuts.
Print 4 copies of the mounts. The M3-8 screws go in the thin arm, on the bottom. Again, I glued these in place. Screw the M3-20's go through the short, main arm and into the M3 nuts that should already be in your extrusions.
Screw the thumbwheels onto the M3-8 screws, and place 2 of the mounts on the front of your build plate. The other two go on each side in the back. It will take a little bit of fiddling to get a tight fit so the build plate won't wobble. Then adjust the thumbscrews until your build plate is level.
