Th first incarnation of wedobots mascot, ChiBot.
It was printed on a custom made machine using PLA at 0.2mm layer height. Most of the components were printed without support (except the antennas) on an unheated polycarbonate (Lexan) bed. It took less than an hour for all the parts to be ready, but it still needs some tuning!
The body is roughly a 20mm cube (3/4 inch), while the head is slightly larger. The components were printed separately and assembled as in the photo. Maybe a larger print (2X) would show less artifacts but would take much longer to print.
You need to print 1 part for the head and body and 2 parts for the arms and antenna. You may need to rotate the components for better printing, head and body were printed rotated (with the empty opening facing upwards) to reduce material use.
