Hey, I'm new to 3d printing and am not sure how to do this. I know where to 3d print but once I have the files I don't know what to do with them. Please help me.

You need to upload the files into a slicer and then send the sliced g-code to the printer

For your information. Metric nuts are described by the diameter of the bolt not across the flats. M10 nuts are actually 17mm across the flats.

Thank you for the input, I went to Lowes and on the box it says 10mm nut so figured that's how I would refer to them.
