This is a X belt holder for the new mdels of Anet A8. It´s for belts of 1.5mm, but is bigger than others than you can find in this thingiverse. For me, use the others was imposible.

So did you have to drill new holes for the screws? My extruder doesn't have holes there. My printer is the Alunar m518 so I believe it is a knockoff of the anet a8 but any help would be appreciated.

Can anyone tell or show me how to put this on so its not loose? before its screwed on, after, etc

use a belt tensioner. here's the one i use

Enhanced Anet A8 X-Axis Belt Tensioner

been using this and its awesome I found a self locking Y version https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2489277 that i thought was pretty cool so I merged it with your design
here is the resulting part https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2795893

Self locking Y belt holder for Anet A8

Superb Upgrade, nicely designed. Thank you.

Hi, works very well with the original ANET's belt. Fits the ANET A8 bought in june 2017

Works really well with the 2mm think belts.

Works great with the stock steel belts
