This is an alternative to the standard gear for the MeArm v1 robot arm. The design is the same but changed to be one piece instead of two separate laser pieces later screwed together.
Due to irregularities with different manufacturers of the "SG90 -9 gram micro servo” (Some from eBay were larger than others same with local retailers of the servo).
I designed one gear that has a tighter tolerance and a smaller center hole while the other model is a bit bigger thus not as tight tolerance.
0.4 mm nozzle with a 0.1 mm layer height (Doesn’t really matter)
Infill doesn’t really matter but I generally keep my infill percentage between 20- 80%
Use whatever settings you are comfortable with, as long as the gear teeth are smooth you shouldn’t have a problem with it.
Used Adobe Illustrator to clean up the DXF file. After that I just imported it into Fusion 360 and turned it into a 3D model.
