So how would I go about 3D printing This? Is there anyway to take the 2D paths and extrude it to a couple millimeters in height?

Any chance you could upload the same model but with all of the holes filled in, like the plane has its covering? I can't seem to find a free Zlin z 242 model anywhere? Beautiful model btw

Do you need a 3D print ready model? If you send me your email I can send you the Sketchup base model that I use to design this model, but not print ready and is missing the tail (not sure why)

Greetings

i'm trying to build a layered construction model. but sure ill dm you myemail

thx for sharing, i know how much work is in. RC/CNC fan

thanks! really appreciate your comment, I really like your web page, a lot of interesting projects, the big delta printer is awesome.

I made this model (and the piper one) using sketchup, a lot of work is needed mostly by the limitations of software, I am starting to use fusion 360 (the other aircraft model have been developed it) and has been a game changer, I still have to develop a frame model on fusion 360 but I am sure it will make the job much easier.

If you ever need anything 3D modeling or cg visualization related I am your services. Greetings
