So its a crutch for chopsticks. Since then(1967) we learned how to eat in a chinese restaurant:)

Btw, could every of this silly patent have a number on it? It would be awesome to print a collection of it.
Maybe even a google url (but dunno if it will be available lets say in 5 year), or at least a google url in the description http://www.google.com/patents/US3501191http://www.google.com/patents/... .

Nice work btw!

Btw, how can I list all patents in google patent search which have been expired?

(I dont want to infect my mind with valid patents)

Thanks Laszlo!

I've been uploading the PDF of the patent, rather than just a URL, but I'll see if there's a good stable link to the Google Patents page.

There are a number of rules that can impact exactly when a given patent expires. This can help for recent stuff: http://www.maxval-ip.com/patenttools/expirehttp://www.maxval-ip.com/paten....
asp. Conservatively -- and this is not legal advice -- you should be fine with anything that was filed before the 1980s.

One note if you're using Google Patents -- Google Patents searches both utility and design patents. Design patents have a shorter term, but could also have copyright issues th
at will linger for much longer. You can look to something like this for info: http://copyright.cornell.edu/resources/publicdomain.cfmhttp://copyright.cornell.edu/r...

Let me know if you model anything cool!
