This is a index cover for the print head screws to aid adjusting.
The Adjusting screws are M3 with a 0.5mm pitch,
The cover has 10 points so that the distance between each point represents 0.05mm,.
Therefore to adjust the corner and reduce the gap by 0.1mm turn the screw 2 points Clockwise.
The 2nd file is a small label to print out and stick to the tower to remind you of the direction to turn depending on the adjustment.
The 3rd file is a levelling test Disk, it is 0.2mm thick.
Create a file where you have 5 disks one in each corner and one in the centre, Print with a layer setting of 0.2mm, without a raft or skirt, the centre disk is just to verify.
(it only takes a couple of minutes to print)
Print the file, then measure the thickness of the Disk for each corner it should print at 0.2mm, adjust accordingly, reprint and measure until you are happy that it is correctly set.
