10-5-17 added a version based on a Bike used by a German bike club
5-15-16...It's been updated again.
Front forks are curved.
Handlebars are shortened
Tire rims have 45 degree champfer
One version has a flat back to print with now support if that side is down
Original size and 125% scaled version of both models are loaded.
All new files are named 5-15...

I first did this in May 2012 in Sketchup. At that time, I did not know some things I know now, one of them is how to make really round circles.

Attached are several new versions and a new Sketchup version

Advanced improved bike pendant has rounder hubs and wheels and a thicker seat.

Balloon tire bike pendent is the advance one with round balloon tires added. I know, wrong bike frame for them.

Balloon Tire bike pendent flat sided is the above but with tires trimmed so you can print it lying flat like the original.

I uploaded a 200 % version one with supports and one without.
I uploaded a 100% version of the Balloon tire with tree supports.

These treelike supports work well and were generated in the latest version of Meshmixer

For those of you who do big organized bike rides with friends I uploaded a couple of versions with interlocked bikes for your rest stops.

I also added a version I quickly did by eye in DesignSpark. I wanted to fool around with rounding edges. I need to give it a print. I think it could print flat without support.

This printed very quickly without a raft, it is small enough to fit on a keychain. You could use it with the key for a bike rack or bike lock. I centered it on the platform in Replicator G and just used the standard settings without a raft.

When I printed it, the seat disappeared. It is so small, though, that that did not make a difference to me.

All models can be scaled to meet your needs.
Advanced improved bike...can print flat as can the Balloon Tire bike pendent flat.
The Balloon tire needs to be printed vertically or at an angle with support. Since the tires are wider than the frame.

I just loaded a couple of updated versions. Handlebars are shortened. Front fork is curved. Seat is changed. Two sizes, 100 pct and 125%. Round tires and flat backside version to print laying down with no support.

Tried to get this printed and I keep failing with the left wheel. It doesn't appear to lay flat against the build surface, looking at the model in simplify3d this also shows on close inspection to be a couple of mm above the build plate... any chance of a fix?

The tires in the old version are round and the frame is narrower so it does not touch. I loaded a new version with some changes including one with a flat back to it so the whole thing lays flat on the build surface.

My wife has a neat bike pin similar to this one that she wears on her Camelback that a good friend gave her, and I wanted to find one that I could print and put on mine. This bike is cool looking and just what I wanted to find here.

When I print this on my Replicator, the main tube and down tubes are not joined, and flex. I'm concerned that it will break off soon under stress. Using RepG, I scaled to 1.25, and set my fill to 100% but the tubes shells are still disconnected. I might up the shells and try again. Mine printed fi
ne without the raft.

My seat also disappeared at the default scale, but upping to 1.25 did a nice job of it.
