Because of modifications to my printer, this is still 2-3 mm too tall and hits my prints. I've tried editing the STL but I've had no luck. Any chance you could shorten it a little more or share an editable version?

Thanks!

I can see if I still have the files, but its fairly easy to do if you just need to shorten it. Can use Meshmixer to cut it into two parts and reduce the vertical. Will see if I have some free time to modify it for you.

I've had same problem : the hit loool and this remix is very good, thanks guy !

came out really good thank you

Wow that fits perfectly! Thanks for making this!

Ha! I was just looking for this design to remix to make shorter! You just saved me about 10 minutes. Thanks!

Does this just slide into the fan duct? I've loved this fan but after time it tends to get loose and lower - hitting into prints. I've seen the spriya who actually clips behind the fan so when you tighten it - it presses against the carriage keeping it in place. What's your experience over time with dropping?

Depending on the tolerances of your printer. Mine never moved with this one. However, ones that I do have move on me I used a single wrap of electrical tape and that normally did the trick.
