unfortunately, this will not fit any 14mm threads, as it is too small. The reason being the way it was modeled. It is slightly too small when converted, so the thread diameter has to be increased to 15mm. i found this out when i printed this exact model and tried making my own and the same issue cam up in both because i used a 14mm thread, I had to increase the diameter to 15 for the threads to fit so that may be something to consider. Unless its only me but im pretty sure its not.

This is most likely related to shrinkage on your filament. Try running some test cubes through it, with and without infill to check (and adjust) it.

I'm using matterhackers PLA so shrinkage isn't a concern. Even if it could be I run calibration cubes every 3 weeks or so just to make sure the tolerances aren't degrading and so far so good. Have you printed this yourself and threaded it onto 14mm negative threads? Againaybe it's just me but it's too small.

Yeah, I've always used abs, that's why i thought shrinkage could be an issue. But then, my printer is calibrated to compensate for it, so it could be canceling the issue. Try printing it salt 101%

I'll look into that. Thanks.

Hi what's the external diameter?

It's 38mm. Or 1.5 inches
