I have that same setup - Titam Aero Volcano with the regular 713Maker X Carriage on my FT5 R1.
I like this design and I printed the parts. Clean and simple.
Duct is 5-10mm short to the nozzle as I have a 5mm spacer between the step motor and the Titan.
Would it be possible to get the CAD for the duct so I could extend it?

You should be able to stretch it along that axis with your slicer. Also, I have a newer cooling duct for this setup that I think works better. The volcano end is tight at 45 degree. The new duct allows 90 degree which puts less strain on the wires.

I did a bit of STL manipulations with 3D Builder to stretch the duct but not the bloc to attach to the 713Maker carriage frame. Just about to print this extended version of your duct.

Do you plan to adapt this for a non volcano hotend? (Standard E3D v6)

Do you have a design that works with the new Ultralight Extruder Mounting Kit? Thanks!

I did a remix of this (combining the duct and the 50mm fan mount parts into one) along with a mounting cage for use with the Ultralight (my design works ONLY with the Ulralight). I did versions for Volcano (that I use) and Standard V6 (which I printed but haven't mounted, but I'm reasonably certain it should work fine). If you use it, DON'T TIP ME, 3DGenera did all the real work!

I saw your posting on the Facebook group, thanks a lot!

If you're referring to the pancake stepper motor mount, unfortunately not. This only fits the standard mount, using the threaded holes in the bottom H bracket.

Understood, thanks!
