Two piece, interchangeable desk/shelf extender - (hanger mounts & toppers).
I needed a way to extend my computer desk for things like pens, pencils, calipers so I created this clip which slides onto the 15.11mm desk surface, holding these objects beyond the desk surface. (update->) I have also created HD hanger for the shelving unit my printer and PLA spools are on, so I have added HD mounting clips which have a 1mm opening difference. I also wanted to create an add on that will hold my gaming controller, usb headset, etc. since it seems sturdy enough. Printed in white and red PLA with no special settings. I did select auto support in PowerPrint but for some reason it did not print them but the hole came out without them anyway. Maybe it did not think I needed them after all. It holds quite securely to the computer desk. I have also uploaded the topper with the connector pin, holes and caliper cutouts larger. I got error in power print but it printed ok. Topper has been added to the updated blend file and scaled x100 so you should not have to resize in power print. I had a hard time getting the topper to stick well though. Small blemish by the Wacom pen holder but I think I fixed with moving the bottom circle cutout edge down a hair. June 11- I have added a slotted version of the topper which I use to hold bigger items like scissors, offset scraper and my digital calipers and have added an HD version with a larger upper surface on the hanger. Feel free to adjust in blender to suite your desk/shelf situation. I have included new images of the shelf hanger with the slotted topper. I may update all hangers to HD, they seem to be quite a bit sturdier.

2107Dec18 - Added microSD holder with attachment pin. Pin allows you to attach to one of the existing desk or shelf bases. I did not include update on blender file but can if requested. Note on pin- be sure to let it cool a little so it does not warp. I was surprised how it moved until it cooled down. With the SD holder, it will also fit with the bracket inverted. Since it is pinned, the bracket can be flipped either the long end on top or underneath.

Nothing to really do post print.
Blender: Simple cube set to desk size and then extrusions for the supports. Hole cuts using knife project on both sides with a simple face-fill on the inner circle.
