Summary

i made this to be able to mount to 2020 and 2040 extrusion so I could mount it to my CR-10. A Pi Zero (0) fits snugly inside and the sd card is easily removable. all ports are open, so you can use any camera mount you want. it can be mounted in any orientation, and it left enough room for up to a 5mm screw. use the slide nuts that came with your printer or print some. there are plenty of models on thingiverse.

Just drop the pi zero in place connect your camera cable and then snap the lid on. you may need to clean up the pegs a little from stringing because they are small.

Really nice design. Are you using Solidworks / Onshape? Your screenshots look familiar!
Any chance you could upload a parasolid (again assuming you are using solidworks or onshape)?
I would like to remix it for access to pin headers and a thinner base.
Cheers

the thicker base is so you dont have to seach for incredibly short screws. trust me
