V3 of the mount, v2 didnt fit perfectly printed with 0.4mm nozzle.
So i gave the clamp part a bit more tolerance and now its perfect.
With this clamp the nozzle sits 3mm lower then the normal direct drive, with E3D V6 hotend, for me thats no problem.
I added the solidworks drawings if you want to make some changes.
This one has slight changes to accomplish better fitting/clamping.
2X M5 x45mm
6x M5 x15mm
2x M5 x30mm
Some holes need to be drilled with size 5mm, and clamp piece too, but dont drill the holes where the clamp screws go in, use M5 tap or some force to make thread.
K8200 + E3d V6 0.4mm nozzle
40% 6 perimeter layers for strenght
Printed with PLA at 230°C
Layer height 0.25mm nozzle
45% honeycombe infill
6 layers for top bottom, sides and holes for strength.
Use 10mm brim to get straight parts with no warping.
I printed it using Pronterface, fist layer at 200% speed, rest at ma 300% speed.
