PLA is too brittle for the clip, broke on two prints. Trying ABS now. Tip: import this with Microsoft 3D builder, set import unit as inches. Then export again and Cura will size it properly. I'm trying to scale to 97.5% in x,y, and z based on measuring the guides that came with my Wahl 79524-5201 Deluxe ChromePro

This does not fit on Wahl Taper 2000 trimmers, for future reference. The width is basically correct at 25.4 scale but the space for the blade between the teeth and the rear clip is too small for this trimmer.

+1 on mbled's comment. What scale are these? They come up tiny. Scaling 25.4 to convert inches to mm makes them way too big.

Is this for the older wahl series, or the newer ones - they changed the mount a while ago. I have an older one (from ~2000).

What model of Wahl trimmer will these guards fit on?

I could do with a 0.5" (I broke my original adjustable one). Any chance you have an scad file that can be edited?

when i download this thing and place it in my printer software it is very very small like nano size when i scale it up 25 times it is approx 50mm wide... what gives? why is it so small? what is the correct scale up size to fit the trimmer?
please help

is there a way you could post versions of this at 0.125" and 0.25". If so that would be awesome!

just slice them at the proper height.

do you print these with supports or rotate them?

Looking at the ridges in the print above, it was printed rotated, with the barb- or hook-like things on the top.

Hey guys I had to edit the design a little to get a better fit. Any stl file with a "-2" is an edited file.
