I made this cork fish for a sink/float lesson for K-2nd graders. They loved using the fish to explore buoyancy.

Can you post each piece as a separate file so I can print each one in a different color quicker?

At this very moment I am printing one, and it looks really cool.

where are the rest of the Cork Pals?

Hey jbs, you can find more Cork Pals here : http://goo.gl/V3DxI2 and some more here: http://goo.gl/1dF6UK

since it is designed for PLA and ABS can be used do we need to scale up as ABS shrinks, or would the size be the same? thanks very cute

Hey, we designed it for PLA because it's a biodegredable material - it's only a thing of ecological choice. So if you like you can print it with ABS (it shouldnt shrink that much and should still fit most corks) but we encourage you to use PLA as a more eco friendly material :)

print with support. maybe you could add a small breakaway part in the center to help with the overhang?

awesome, i'll have to try this! nice work.

Nice! I like the idea of recycling!

Very Cool....Could be adapted for a roll of coins..:)

Cool idea there Agwoan.

Hey bkianian thanks for a kind word :) And to answer your Q: Of course you can print it with ABS, we print with PLA and encourage people to use it because it is an ecological bioplastic :)

Hi, Really nice. Just a short Q; I'm wondering if there is any reason you mentioned ''designed for PLA fabrication''? I was thinking to try it with ABS.

Nice little cute fishy! Well done with the cork!
