This is a remix of a Kossel Frame Vertex designed to work with 2020 extrusion. Credit to "M3 holes and V-slot profile" by Sneq. The original part was designed to better fit v-slot profile to increase rigidity of the delta frame, but I often suffered from slight warping and peeling from the bed as the layer height increased on the bottom vertices. To help resolve the problem I added cutouts to reduce the warping that occurs as the bottom vertices are printed.
I have also remixed Sneq's original part by adding another set of top and bottom vertices to to fit extrusions that have an 8mm gap at the widest point of their v-slots. Printing mine in Green Hatchbox PETG using the standard PETG profile found in Cura 2.5. I am also printing with 3 perimeters and using "lines" infill.
- Clip or cut off the corner "dots" post printing. (I used a hot-knife to remove mine, but a very fine toothed saw and some sandpaper also work well).
- Sand the parts if necessary to smooth cut edges from the dots.
