Wonderful! The blades on the propeller is a tad thin for my 0.5mm nozzle, so I made a version with thicker blades. Be careful with first-time testing in the living-room; it really goes of fast, far, and at a tremendous spin!

Glad you like it!

Your print looks really good. I like the use of a stick at the end of the string. I printed another one the other day and added a stick like yours. If you get a change, post your scad and/or stl as a derivative for others with a 0.5mm nozzle.

It's looks like your design is much more simplified making it easier for a novice like myself. 8-) I can't wait to print this!

How does it compare to this: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:13105http://www.thingiverse.com/thi... (Prop Rocket by James)

James' thing is the better design. His flies better, has a knob for the string and a rubber band to automatically rewind the string. But there are no files attached at all, so you can't print it or otherwise build it, let alone improve on it.

Mine works well and has both .stl so you can print it and .scad so you can modify and improve on it. I say the bird in hand is better than two in the bush.
