Are you on the East Coast? When I was, "Charlotte Pipe" was easy to find, but in California most stuff is "JM Eagle" pipe. I'll have to check if they make an equivalent black piping.

Black drain piping is ABS (same as the filament). A little late, but maybe someone else will benefit from this.

Yes, I'm on the east coast. I would think that other companies making this type of drainage pipe would use a similar material. I think it may be ABS.

Can I ask you something? I am new to all of this - got my first 3d printer back in February - but I keep reading how bad it is to store filament out in the open due to moisture. Have you ever experienced any issues with this?

Most of my filament has been sitting out in the open for up to four years; no, it's not a problem for me. If I was doing something in nylon that had to be real pretty I might bake it a little first. I worry more about dust than moisture, and give old spools a good blow-off prior to printing. I think many people tend to over-think this stuff, or maybe I just have low standards :)
