This is an replacement for the original Prusa I3 MK2 x-axis parts fitting the igus RJZM-01-08 and RJZM-02-08 bearings. For the x-carriage I use the RJZM-01-08 (16mm), for die x-end_idler and x-end_motor (z-axis) the RJZM-02-08 (15mm). I also fixed some errors in the mesh of the original parts and an old bug in the x-carriage that the belt is rubbing on the idler.
If you looking for a good y-axis bearing replacement, take this one https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1837936
Please use original igus SWM-08 rods too, other rods didn't not work well because there is much space between the bearings and the rods ! Recommended lenght for the rods :
2x 320mm, 2x 330mm and 2x 370mm
Be careful, the x-carriage is for the MK2, It will work for the MK2s too, but with the old disadvantages.
fixed another belt rubbing at the carriage
I printed all parts with support, but it is not mandatory. I printed the parts with Polymaker PC plus.
Remove parts from support if you printed it with support.
The bearings fits very well, so you need some force to press it in. Be careful, use the right bearings for the different axises !
The igus bearings must be aligned very well, otherwise it's going too strong. If you use original igus SWM-08 it is maybe possible that the rods are rusting. In this case, and only in this case, you can lubricate it with some silicone spray.
