Everything is ok, but the only concern, the wall does not go thick.

Hey thanks for this! was wondering if you could add the step files or format that will allow me to edit the wall thickness in Autocad. i just printed the base cone and it seems a bit thin for the rigours of the workshop environment..

Sure but it may take a few days to sort. Remind me if you haven't heard anything by Sunday

Hey smerret79 just a little reminder for those files if possible thanks

Done. Sorry it took me so long to get around to this. Hope it's still useful.

Awesome thanks so much!

Nice job saved me a bunch of time. I was getting ready to start converting Bills spreadsheet to fusion 360 and thought I should check Thingiverse and there is was. I got it all done just making the input and output adapters now.
How has this been working for you?
What size inlet and outlet hoses did you use and what shop vac did you use with it?

Thanks again and I will post a pic when done I'm surprised there isn't more makes of this.

Hi, thanks for commenting. I haven't actually installed mine as other projects took priority but most significantly I left the parts in a hot car last summer and the deformed! They're probably recoverable with a hot air gun but that's more inertia to me fitting the system.

My plan was to use the design (which is the smallest size in the Pentz calculator, for common shop vacs) with a standard vacuum (32mm) hose. I have a cheapo Wickes wet and dry 1250W vac (max air flow 1.8 m3 per minute) but I have just stripped down two dumped domestic vacuums (~1700W each) to have a go at building my own Dust Sniper*, so airflow should be better on that. Needs a fair amount of construction and unusual materials.

Please do share photos of your build. I think I could have done a better job on replacing a couple of the bolted flanged joints with the concentric style I used halfway up the cone. Let me know if you'd like me to share the step file.
