Could you make the burgerring a bit taller, so that a thicker burger could be made?

Pretty cool. I might modify it so that it leaves a dimple in the center of the burger - keeps the burger from contracting and bulging. The store bought molds don't have that (AFAIK) :)

Do you need a dimple on both sides? If not which side do you cook first?

Why not make your burgers square? All that space on the grill in between round burgers goes to waste. :)

I need to correct the dxf, so far I scaled the width inside openscad.

Similar to the tupperware hamburger presses. Good example of home printers making useful objects we would have to otherwise buy.
