I'm using "Slim Jim Dual" at the moment and can print at 60mm/s with 200mm/s travel with no issues.
Update 29/6/17: V2 version.
Hole for cable management widened.
Fan mounts thickness reduced from 3 to 2mm.
One more Zip-tie tightener.

A little backstory...
To be honest, this mount gave me a lot of headaches. At first, I tried hard to make it fit above the effector, but no matter what, something would end up hitting the arms. A possible solution was to offset the center of the extruder from the effector, but that didn't feel right. So below it was the way to go.
A lot of hours were spent, trying to use every inch available, making it as lightweight as possible but without compromising its stiffness. So, I figured that a proper guide here was time worth spent.
The funny thing is that this ended up being more of a Titan Aero assembly guide rather than a how to mount the extruder ^_^

Slim Jim version
Print this one if you are going to use this fantastic blower fan. Got mine from a local spare parts wharehouse. mpja.com used to sell them as Panasonic UDQFC3E15, but they don't have them in stock at the moment.
I know Thinkpad 380 series use them, maybe others too.
They work with 5vdc.
Size: 35x35x6mm aprox.
I've these ones:
1º) UDQFC309 - 0.15A - 6X01
2º) UDQFC3E11 - 0.15A - 7217
3º) UDQFC3E14 - 0.09A - 7X29

x1 100mm Cable Tie (the smallest you can find)
I used ABS, PET-G would be a good choice.
PLA could be a problem if the motor overheats a bit.
Don't be afraid to use a layer cooling fan when it's printing the arm. WIth ABS it's a bit tricky to get good overhangs and still print fast. If not, then I recommend printing that part really slow.
For Rambo with Repetier Firmware: 125
38ºc working temperature after printing for 30 min. Measured with a thermocouple.
(Stil playing with this, maybe the current could be lowered more)
