Summary

Stick guard for your DJI Spark remote. Flat disks to stabilize both sticks and a raised center to avoid contact with the buttons. The slot in the center can be used to further secure the guard with a velcro strap. It might be possible to use this for a Mavic remote as well (the distance between the sticks should be the same for both) but I have not personally tested this on a Mavic remote.

This fit my Spark controller without any mods or printing adjustments. Nice snug fit on the controller sticks! Thanks for this!

The fit is too tight on my print. Can you enlarge the openings for the sticks 1mm? My Spark controller has rubber donuts on the sticks.

most slicers let you increase the model size.. try printing at 101% or 100.5%. Stop the print early to test so you don't waste much time or filament.

Just thought you should know that it does perfectly fit the Mavic Pro. Great job and thanks for sharing.

Awesome, thanks. I suspected it would fit as I compared it to models designed for the Mavic. I may do a of design tweeks to even further stabilize the sticks but for the time being it's been working quite nicely on my remote.

Printed without supports just fine. 15% infill, 0.2 resolution, works great. Holes were slightly tight, took a file to them and now fits perfect. Thanks.

What were your print settings? Just want to make sure I don't go overkill on layer height or infill.

My infill was 75% with PLA (it could probably be less than that). For layer height I just used the defaults in Simplify3D which says "Primary Layer Height: 0.2000mm." The supports in the center slot can get a little messy but I've printed 3 so far without any issues once I cleaned out the supports.
