Simple cooling bracket/duct for a small fan to cool a larger nema17 stepper motor.
This is a simple duct/bracket that attaches a small cooling fan to the side of a nema17 stepper. This is a relatively simple object (my first in google sketchup).
It easily slides over the printrbot x-axis stepper or the extruder stepper -> works quite well.
I didn't find that a heatsink was needed, but it would be easy slightly increase the channel and attach one under inside the duct.
If necessary there are two 3mm holes to increase the strenght of the sttachment to the stepper.
The particular motor I used was a sunon kde1204pkvx (40x40mm).
