I printed the 1mm for some aluminum prints. Printed horiz. One broke as there was flash inside the gap and it pushed against the front.
Rotated 90 deg. and printed on side. Perfect. Stronger print, and as a bonus, no stepping along the shallow back-side slope that I noticed when printing flat.

what program u use to make the photo file like this?

I used Gimp with Filter>unsharp mask and Image>mode>indexed>Black and white (1bit) palette. If your plate is black you also have to invert colors ;)
