I had an idea for something almost exactly like this as a "someday I'll design this" - and I see you've done it already, even down to the "always on". Agreed with ElmoC about the fuse, will integrate that into my print. Beautiful job on this, I will be making mine soon!

Oh bummer, I loaded it up and discovered it's too wide for my printer. I will be using this as inspiration for one that fits in 200mm.

I would strongly recommend the addition of a fuse to the system. Using a C14 inlet with a fuse holder such as this...

Would give you some protection and deal with the strain relief on the internal wires.

One easy way to add strain relief would be to tie the conductors in a knot right after the hole.

Thank you! I ended up wrapping the incoming cables around the support for the 'On' receptacle achieving the same effect after I took the pictures.
