I made this rear motor mount for the Y axis motor with two sound dampening washers. I printed this laying flat. Now I get the sound reduction without having banding caused by removing the stock mount.

I can print at 120mm/s for the same sound as 30mm/s without all the sound dampening mods.
You will need two silicone acoustic washers for silencing PCs. 2.5mm inside diameter and 2mm thickness. The nubs are for the washers to be located on.
