Horse dressage requires arena to be marked with letters. This model is a simple and cheap way how to prop them on any soft surface.
For single letter you need:
- The letter itself, ie. printed on cardstock and laminated (use the DOCX or PDF files).
- One Part A (
DLS_PartB.stl) and one Part A (
- Four M4 x 12 socket cap screws.
- Four M4 nuts.
- Two M3 x 5 flat head screws (optional).
- Two M3 nuts (optional).
- One 180 x 6.0 nail.
Put the smooth surfaces of printed parts together and screw them lightly together with M4 screws and nuts. Place the big nail to hole in center and tighten the screws. Put the letter between the two parts. If you want to make them more sturdy, punch a hole into the sheet and use the M3 screws and nuts to hold the sheet in place.
There are DOCX and PDF files with letters available for printing and lamination.
I also included
xx_12x8.studio3 files, intended for use with Silhouette cutting plotters. The files are intended fro 8x12" material, free space between letters is filled with horse silhouettes to use the foil that would be wasted otherwise.
