Changes on V2:
-D-shaped hole on lifter
-Can drive with weapon down
-Changed weapon esc to a hacked servo electronic powered by the BEC of the dasmicro
-20mm Team Panoramic wheels
-printed with lower infill (~78%)
-too lazy to add top armour (for now, will be bent polycarbonate)
So far I didn´t have the chance to use this design in a real fight, but team panoramic competed with it at aws 53.
The old wheels should still fit
A 4wd combat robot for the UK antweight class (fairyweight in the US). It should fit inside the cube, but I haven´t tested it yet.
It is printed from PETG (95% infill), but I don´t know how this will hold up in combat. ABS and (carbon fibre reinforced-) nylon are considered the go to materials for 3d printing combat robots. The wheels are made from filaflex, but molded polyurethane would provide more grip. My robot is made from an old set of files and therefore needed some rework. This should be fixed with the new files, but I couldn´t verify yet.

The electronics can be mounted with hot glue. The parts of the lifters can be joined by a string of filament. The wheels should be glued on the motors. The lifter was designed to be glued on the shaft of the motor, if this doesn´t hold you may need to retrofit a set screw (m3). Top armour is some thin polycarbonate.
