Wow, i just printed this in TPU (the 0.8) it’s amazing! All mechanical sounds are gone and it even feels a little bit dampened. I can really recommend printing it in TPU

i got the european black model from october 2018. The part does not work for it as the bushing used is to big. please add the step files in order to change it to something working. thanks

Works with my EU white model from early 2018.

Same problem here.. this is not compatible with my european M365..

Has anyone tried printing these in PETG or ABS? Is 100% infill needed?

Hi what's the layer setting you have for this? I printed the .04 and .08mm but I can't seem to lock the scooter after putting either one in. I just bought the scooter today so I was assuming the .04 was used for new scooters with no signs of wear. Thanks again for your 3D files!

For a new scooter does not need this part. 0.4 mm is necessary if there is a little looseness in the steering wheel. This is after about 1-2 months of use. If the steering wheel is not backlash then you do not need it

I´ve printed this part with nylon. Works perfect since months. I guess the problem using PLA here are PLA´s brittleness, low flexibility and low UV-resilience. IMHO it just will crack after a short time. You need this part as a kind of shock-absorber. For this specific use case it even could be dangerous. Don´t know what happens if this part breaks apart and you crash at 25kmph! Please be carefull if you try it.

been holding up well with PLA Cerega? I plan to print this on PLA 100% infil.

Not really, but it'll be enough for a couple of weeks.
They are being lost faster than it is broken =)
