Custom design, fits a popular quick release plate.

You will need to heat a 6mm screw to make thread or put acetone into the screw hole and force a tripod screw in once plastic gets soft.

The two parts are held together by a 3mm 2 inch (5cm) bolt and nut.

Is there a thing for the plate wich fits this head? tx.

It fits the standard Manfrotto plate. You can always butcher the lens holder file and cut off just the plate bit: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:91427/#files
