I saw a video about a simple DIY sand flap. I had no Idea what a sand flap was or how well it works but I decided to try to design my own and give it a try. It works surprisingly well and will certainly be used in the workings of my Filamolder 3d printer.
Take a straight piece of sand paper, fold it over length-wise and stuff it into the groove. Insert newly made bit into the chuck of your tool and spin the bit into any shape or size hole. The sand paper will adapt to the size of the hole and sand it consistently. Try to spin the bit in a circular motion around the hole for maximum sanding efficiency.
